Choose the PDF and decide which document properties need to change.
Enter the new title, author, subject, and keywords in the matching fields; leave values blank only when you intend to clear them.
Save the changes into a new PDF document.
Edit the PDF document-information fields such as title, author, subject, and keywords.
While using Change PDF document information, this published version performs the supported document operation in your browser and does not send the document contents to an external conversion engine. Anonymous usage counters may record activity, not the document contents.
Correct an incorrect author or title before publication. Add searchable subject and keyword information to an archive copy.
Use consistent author naming across a document collection. Do not put private information into metadata if files will be publicly distributed.
Viewer applications may show additional metadata not controlled by these basic fields. Changing metadata does not change text printed on the PDF pages.
